This Week is BUSY!!!

This week is so busy for me! I have so much going on and so much to be thankful for! My baby girl Madelynn is graduating from preschool this morning. I'm so proud of her. She's so excited to graduate and go to kindergarten next year. I think her biggest excitement is riding the school bus with Austin!

Austin made it through second grade! After having strep throat, a severe bladder infection, several stomach bugs, cutting his hair (it was going down his back), and finally breaking his arm at the end of the school year. He has made it! I'm so proud of my baby boy.

Levi is graduating elementary school and going into middle school next year. I can't believe that in 2 weeks he will be 11 and going to middle school. Today he has his first dance ever. He says him and his guy friends plan to hang together and MAYBE dance with a girl. LOL. I remember those awkward days. But, he did want to go get a haircut yesterday, I do have to iron his clothes before school, and put mousse in his hair. And he's not going to impress any girls. yeah right!

Matthew graduates high school on Thursday. It has been a long hard road for him to get to this point, but he has done it. I'm so proud of him. I'm worried he's trying to grow up too fast, but I think that he can handle it. He asked his girlfriend to marry him a week ago and in a time where people just don't get married anymore, he wants to take the leap. It's a leap worth taking. Now, let's pray he can find a job.

Friday I go to meet my bishes Erin and Amber to go see NKOTB again in VA BEACH! I'm excited to go to the concert, but I know I'm even more excited to see my bishes again! I miss them soooo much!

So, pray for me to have traveling mercies, a safe trip, and for all my babies to savor these last moments they are experiencing of one of their many life journies.

I'm so late putting this out and I'm so sorry. It's not like I have a lot of followers, but I did promise on Twitter that I would get out my experience in VA Beach and so here it is!!! I am going down 64 to VA Beach and get a tweet that Donnie Wahlberg is at the Guadalajara eating lunch. Well, then my phone blows up. New Kids Concert Memphis July 2009

I never even posted a blog on Memphis! I can't believe I didn't! I had such a great time there. I met a lot of great girls, ran into Jessee McCartney at my hotel, saw a lot of things I have never seen before, and finally did a NKOTB meet and greet. It was a week I will never forget! Starts out that Shannon and I decide to go, so she drives up from Charlotte, NC to my house in VA and we roll out to Tennessee. We stop in Blountville, TN at a Sonic. Our waitress had big blonde southern hair and Shannon ordered a banana. Of course, I tweeted it! We then picked up Mary Beth and Savannah and off to Nashville. We decided to stop in Nashville because of the long drive to Memphis. We tour ed the down town area and see all the sights and sounds that is Nashville. What About Your Friends?

Tonight, I decided to FINALLY update my blog! It's been awhile. Something has been on my mind lately. Friends. How many I have, how many are true, how many are there for me when I need them. These are all good qualities to have in a friend, but what about the ones that live far away? Can you still be besties? I've learned over the years that friends come and go, you will have those who are not truly your friends, and those who are just there out of convinience. Sadly for me, most of my best friends live far away or we are just so busy we can't find time for each other. That presents another question, am I a good friend for not taking time out for girl time?
